# SovrGPT

> Sovereign AI platform for European government and enterprise. SovrGPT ("Sovereign GPT") runs open-weight models (Qwen, Gemma, Llama) on our own GPUs in EU data centres — your data never leaves the EU, is never used to train third-party models, and stays under your control. ## What SovrGPT is

- **Inference sovereignty, not an API wrapper.** Most "European" AI platforms proxy requests to OpenAI, Anthropic or Google behind an EU façade. SovrGPT operates open models itself on European GPUs. Large US models can be added optionally — your choice, never the foundation.
- **Data sovereignty:** storage and AI inference exclusively in EU data centres; no US CLOUD Act access; inputs are never used for third-party training.
- **Model sovereignty:** open weights (Qwen, Gemma, Llama) on our own infrastructure — auditable, no black-box endpoint, no vendor lock-in.
- **Legal sovereignty:** contracts under European law. GDPR data-processing agreement (DPA/AVV), DPIA template and SCC included in standard onboarding.

- **Chat & reasoning:** everyday questions to complex legal/technical matters; pick a model per chat (fast, balanced, strong, reasoning, vision, coder).
- **Image generation:** product shots, campaign visuals, presentations — on EU GPUs, no third-party image-rights risk.
- **Video generation:** short explainer, onboarding and training clips from a prompt.
- **Document understanding:** upload contracts, invoices, PDFs; extract key points, deadlines, risks; export structured DOCX or into your archive.
- **Agents & automation:** multi-step autonomous tasks, scheduled jobs (daily briefings, market monitoring), MCP tools and integrations.
- **MCP server:** use SovrGPT inside Cursor, Claude Desktop, Zed, Windsurf; or OpenAI-compatible API for custom workflows.

## GovBridge (public sector)

- Connects SovrGPT to agency document management via open eGovernment standards (CMIS 1.1) — VIS-Suite, nscale, Fabasoft, Alfresco, OpenText and other CMIS systems.
- Live record search, case summaries, and OZG application submission via FIT-Connect (Submission API v2), end-to-end encrypted.
- Least-privilege, curated tools only (no raw SQL passthrough); write actions are per-endpoint toggleable and confirmation-gated; metadata-only logging (never content or credentials).
- IT-Grundschutz-oriented operation; procurement-ready offers.
