Presentations and apps

The chat builds things that last.

In SovrGPT we call them crafts: presentations and apps that the chat builds for you and that stay, even after the chat itself has been deleted.

Presentations

Presentations that live on.

Not a fixed file but a piece of work: changed with a click or in the chat, the last 50 versions restorable, shared as a link or exported as PPTX.

  1. A chat in the German interface: the request “/craft Five slides: we are introducing digital invoice processing – goal, process, schedule, costs, next steps”, followed by the answer with the finished PPTX file (7 slides; no brand colour given, so the colours were chosen by industry: finance) and the button to open it as a craft (German: “Als Craft öffnen”).

    Describe it in the chat

Usually “Turn this into a presentation” is enough; the slides button, which puts “/craft” in front, makes it unambiguous. The deck comes in your colours, taken from a colour you name, your logo or your industry. A button below it opens the deck as a craft.

  2. Detail of the slide editor in the German interface: the heading “… vier Phasen” (… four phases) of a slide with a schedule table is selected and outlined in blue. To the right are the button for editing the text and the settings for font size, colour, alignment and hiding the element.

    Click and change

Text, font size, colour, alignment or visibility of an element, saved at once. Or tell the chat what should change.

  3. The versions window in the German interface (“Fassungen”): the current state of the deck “Digitaler Rechnungseingang – Einführung” (7 slides) and three earlier versions with their time, each with a restore button; at the bottom the note that the last 50 versions are kept.

The last 50 versions are kept

Every change is saved as a version; the last 50 per presentation are kept. Restore an older one with a single click, without losing the current state.

  4. The share window in the German interface (“Craft teilen”): password protection is ticked (the suggested password is blurred), valid for 30 days, next to it the button to create the link. Below it, two withdrawn links with their views.

    Share or export

As a link with password and expiry date that you can withdraw at any time. Or as PPTX with editable text and as a web page that works offline.

Apps

Describe it, and the app runs.

One sentence in the chat becomes a small application that you and your team can use straight away, in the browser and on your phone.

  1. A chat in German: the request for a travel expense calculator with mileage and meal allowances, followed by the answer with the link “Reisekostenrechner öffnen” (open travel expense calculator).

    Describe it in the chat

“Build me a travel expense calculator …”: say what the app should calculate, ask or show.

  2. The travel expense calculator (German interface): 120 kilometres, 9 hours and 2 full days are entered; the total reads 106,00 € (106.00 euros).

    The app runs straight away

No setup, no publishing. The app opens directly and is ready to use.

  3. Above the app, a notice in German says that it runs isolated on craft.sovrgpt.com, without access to the account.

    Isolated from your account

Each app runs on its own at craft.sovrgpt.com, with no access to your account, your chats or your files.

  4. Detail of the list of crafts in the German interface: two apps marked as interactive (“Interaktiv”) – a European capitals quiz and a travel expense calculator – and below them two slide decks on digital invoice processing with 6 and 7 slides.

    Find it again under Crafts

All apps appear in your list of crafts, marked as interactive, next to your presentations.

For example

The travel expense calculator on a phone (German interface), with values entered and the total of 106,00 € (106.00 euros).
Travel expense calculator on a phoneEnter kilometres, hours away and days, and the total appears at once.
A quiz in German, “Hauptstädte-Quiz Europa” (European capitals): question 2 of 5 asks for the capital of Switzerland, the answer “Bern” is marked as correct, 2 points.
Quiz with a scoreFive questions, instant feedback and a running score.
A dark calculator with German number format: the display shows 1 250 × 1,19 with the result 1 487,5 (1,250 × 1.19 = 1,487.5).
CalculatorBasic arithmetic, keyboard operation included.

And much more

  • Reports with charts
  • Forms with validation
  • Price calculation
  • Funding rates
  • Surcharges
  • Filterable tables
  • Flashcards
  • Small games

Apps deliberately work on their own: no network access and nothing saved between two sessions. They cannot be shared outside by link, and a change in the chat creates a new app.

Availability

  • Presentations and apps: included in all three packages, Team, Enterprise and Public sector.
  • Apps are on by default; if you prefer, we can switch them off for your organisation.
